Shipping and Returns

Stock items are returnable within 15 days of the invoice date, with prior authorization. Stock items that are returned are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Ticket equipment, printed products & custom products are not returnable.

If damage or shortages should occur in transit, it is the customer’s responsibility to notify the freight carrier at the time of delivery and file a claim with the carrier.

Customers must notify customer service for claims relating to damage, shortages, and errors in writing within 3 days of delivery.
